Fredrik has instructed at both Sheridan and York University and has been called on several occasions to judge international design competitions. Regardless of the project Fredrik is cautious to always work within the strategic framework of the project and its deliverables. A bit of an adrenalin junkie, Fredrik enjoys mountain and road cycling, hockey, and skiing. Fredrik is fluent in Spanish and can get by with Swedish with the help of some herring and Aquavit. Peter Drummond
DIRECTOR OF STRATEGY

(He/Him) Peter has over 30 years with a proven a track record of leading successful strategic growth or transformational projects. He has significantly grown 3 businesses with solid margin performance. Peter led the strategy evolution at Aeroplan after its IPO. He teaches both Marketing Strategy and Innovation at Seneca Colleges and is an Adjunct Professor for Master of Management Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Smith School of Business – Queen’s University. Peter as a young radio reporter was the one who broke the news in North America of Led Zepplin’s drummer John Bonham’s death at CHOM fm in Montréal.

Colin Foster
Technology Director

(He/Him) Colin has been building web applications for decades. He occasionally finds off-the-rack solutions to be suitable, but he goes full-nerd* (and sees best results for clients) when creating custom software work-flows that match how a company’s specific users naturally move.
*At other times he is only 3/4 nerd and 1/4 piping-hot tea.

(He/Him) Ashley has been part of the Boomerang family for a better part of 15 years. He’s consistently delivering genuine ideas and solutions to all the design projects he leads, with careful attention to typography and brand personality. Ashley now looks at his daughter Amelia for that creative inspiration.

(He/Him) Jason Brown is a Graphic Designer with over 20 years experience in designing just about everything you might imagine in editorial/publishing & layout design, user-focused web development and brand development. With a thoughtful and proficient eye for detail, Jason has a penchant for recognizing and harnessing innovative perspectives in ways that are fascinating.

Molly Raymond
Content

(She/Her) Graduating with a BA in both Communications and Psychology, Molly’s experience is primarily in digital communications and content strategy. An avid social media user, she is always interested in finding the best ways (or words!) to connect with different audiences. After moving to the Rockies two years ago, most of Molly’s free time is spent outdoors – skiing, biking, hiking or camping.

Josh Rainhard
Video Content Producer

(He/Him) Josh brings flat designs to life with moving images and sound. Josh is an expert hands-on camera operator, with all the skills to match in the editing room, to produce that perfect story of your product offering. He’s filmed around the globe, on high-mountain tops, planes, trains and automobiles. His brother brews beer, and Josh drinks it– go figure!

Natalie Carlberg
Administrator

(She/Her) Natalie is not shy and willing to lend her economics background to the mtn bike industry or her dads design agency. When she’s not shredding trails in her home town of Squamish BC, you’ll find her teaching piano, doing economic trail studies, crocheting plant holders, playing a board game and continuing her never-ending quest to find the best snack.

(He/Him) Chris’s experience and strengths are in graphic design, communications and brand identity systems. Chris holds a BA from York University and an accreditation from the Ontario College of Art and Design (OCAD). He has worked in the communication and design field for over 25 years at various studios in Toronto.
