MENU Magazine is Canada’s foodservice magazine. Each issue is comprised of real stories from the foodservice industry. The national publication of Restaurants Canada, MENU speaks to a diverse audience including executives, chains, staff and independent owner-operators. Since the inception of MENU, our team has been responsible for steering and managing the content creation and design direction of the publication. It’s vital that MENU’s content and aesthetics are authentic and represent the diversity of the Canadian foodservice landscape.
